BBH Partners, a London-based hotel mystery guest audit firm, founded in 2025 by a team with UK luxury hospitality experience dating back to 2008.

Who We Are

At BBH Partners, we can provide a unique hotel mystery guest visit which will give you an objective assessment of service standards in your hotel. Within 24 hours you will have a clear written report giving a clear picture of the guest experience.

We will submit a constructive report on service and standards as well as assessing the performance and presentation of frontline staff, which are the most important asset to any hotel.

No two hotels are the same. BBH Partners can tailor an evaluation to meet a hotels’ specific requirement, be it a dining experience or an overnight stay with breakfast. We will evaluate the different departments of the hotel and report on how they contribute to the overall guest experience.

Andrew Docherty

Founder, BBH Partners

Andrew has worked in UK luxury hospitality since 2008, beginning with training and staffing support for selected clients in central London. His events work grew during the London 2012 Olympics, and from 2018 his service consultancy expanded into regular hospitality audits.

In 2025 he founded BBH Partners to bring that experience together in an independent auditing practice: structured, evidence-based mystery guest visits for hotels, resorts and spas that want an honest picture of how their guests are really looked after.
