Hospitality Consultancy & Training

Hotel consultancy that turns audit findings into action: staff training, SOP development and performance benchmarking for UK luxury hotels, resorts and spas.

Data without action is wasted. Our hospitality consultancy works with your UK management team to interpret mystery visit and quality audit findings, then design and implement the changes that close the gap between your brand promise and the experience guests receive.

Every consultant is a senior hospitality professional with direct experience of British luxury service standards. Engagements are practical and measurable: we define the standard, train the team, and re-audit to prove the improvement.

Hotel staff training workshop led by a hospitality consultant

Hotel consultancy that starts with audit findings

Our consultancy is built on evidence from mystery guest visits and hotel quality audits, so every recommendation addresses something a guest actually experienced. Three strands of work follow.

Staff training workshops

Role-specific training for front office, F&B, housekeeping and spa teams, built around the gaps your audit revealed rather than generic hospitality modules.

SOP development

Writing or rewriting standard operating procedures so luxury expectations are documented, trainable and auditable across every shift and property.

Performance benchmarking

Comparing your property against competitor sets and luxury frameworks, then tracking scores across repeat audits to prove the improvement.

Who our hospitality consultancy is for

  • UK hotels overhauling service standards after a disappointing inspection
  • New openings and pre-launch readiness programmes
  • Multi-property groups seeking consistent standards across sites
  • Independent luxury hotels without an in-house quality team

How a consultancy engagement runs

Findings workshop with your leadership team, agreed scope and success measures, SOP and training delivery on property, then a follow-up audit to confirm the standard has moved. Typical engagements run four to twelve weeks.

Hospitality consultancy — FAQs

What does a hotel consultancy engagement look like?

Most engagements start with an audit, followed by a findings workshop with your leadership team. We then agree a scope — typically SOP development, training delivery and a follow-up audit — and work alongside your heads of department over four to twelve weeks.

Do we need an audit before consultancy work?

It is strongly recommended. A mystery guest visit or quality audit gives the consultancy a baseline, so training and SOP changes target real gaps and the follow-up audit can measure the improvement.

Do you train staff on site?

Yes. Workshops are delivered on property in the UK, scheduled around operations, and can be repeated across shifts and sites. Train-the-trainer sessions are available for groups that want to embed the material internally.

Which hotel departments does your consultancy cover?

Front office, concierge, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa and wellness, and reservations. We also work with general managers on service culture, recruitment profiles and performance measurement.

Is hospitality consultancy available outside London?

Yes. We are London-based but deliver consultancy and training across England, Scotland and Wales.
